Kiewit is seeking a Senior Project Manager for field-based construction leadership in the South Central District. The role focuses on directing project teams, maintaining schedule and budget, and building strong client relationships on heavy civil transportation projects.

80–90% of time is spent in the field, overseeing work methods, safety, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to drawings and specifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, cost control, and drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Direct project teams and ensure scope, schedule, and budget are defined and met.
• Establish procedures, controls, schedules and budgets in line with contracts.
• Represent the project with client, subcontractors, and vendors at meetings.
• Coordinate training and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Approve changes in scope, budget or schedule.
• Maintain client communications and align deliverables with needs.
• Ensure work products meet industry standards and codes.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Track progress against milestones using engineering fundamentals.
