Kiewit is seeking a Senior Project Manager for heavy civil construction. The role emphasizes directing field operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects/engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

80%–90% of time will be in the field, overseeing scope, scheduling, cost control, and compliance with drawings and specifications across multiple sites.

Formación

• 10+ years' related experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety, scheduling, and cost control.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn Kiewit's policies, procedures and software quickly.
• Ability to resolve problems and maintain organization and communication.
• Strong leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration experience.
• Ability to access all areas of a construction site.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and direct project teams to meet goals, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are defined.
• Establish project procedures, controls, schedules and budgets per contractual documents.
• Serve as project representative with client, constructors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate training and compliance measures on project procedures.
• Identify and secure approvals for changes in scope, budget or schedule.
• Maintain communication with client and adjust deliverables as needed.
• Ensure work products comply with industry standards and codes.
• Provide training and mentoring to entry and midlevel engineers.
• Track and budget progress with project milestones.
