Kwest Group is seeking a Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction to lead multiple projects, manage estimates, and ensure profitability and safety. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team across offices and field sites.

The role emphasizes bid support, cost control, subcontractor management, and on-site leadership with travel as needed to project locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil/site project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job; experience with Excel and Bluebeam/Plan Swift.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bids by working with the senior project manager on constructability issues.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for proposals.
• Solicit material and subcontractor pricing for resources required for project bids.
• Coordinate with field operations to arrange and manage company resources on all projects.
