Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil DOT projects in Utah (Orem area). You will plan and oversee diverse construction initiatives from start to finish, hire subcontractors, coordinate with engineers and architects, and maintain delivery on schedule and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of heavy civil experience, a BS in Construction Management, strong computer and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in heavy civil public and private work.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Must have good computer and communication skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from start to finish.
• Hire subcontractors and coordinate with engineers and architects as needed.
• Keep track of equipment and materials inventory.
• Plan ahead and multitask to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.
