Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, seeks a Superintendent to manage daily field operations on complex construction projects. You will coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction/related operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with project management tools. Valid driver's license and OSHA/MSHA training are expected.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily field operations on assigned construction projects.
• Direct and coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and project resources to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, MSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and site inspections.
• Monitor project schedules and productivity to ensure timely completion of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, forepersons, and customers to coordinate activities.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract requirements to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.
• Manage labor, equipment utilization, and material resources to maximize efficiency and control costs.
• Identify and resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, manpower tracking, equipment usage, and production records.
• Train, mentor, and develop field employees while fostering a positive team culture.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
