Faulconer Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale heavy civil projects in the Charlotte, NC area.

You will drive safety, quality, schedule adherence, and profitability from handoff through final completion, mentoring field staff, and upholding Faulconer Core Values. You will coordinate with Owners, GCs, engineers, and regulators; develop execution plans; and oversee procurement, contracts, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred or in NC state.
• DBIA certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Lead major heavy civil projects from handoff to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, GC's, engineers, and regulators.
• Develop project execution plans and milestone targets with stakeholders.
• Coordinate bonds, permits, insurance certificates, and contractual requirements.
• Manage procurement, subcontracts, and vendor payments; maintain project docs.
