This role partners with Area Manager and corporate departments to enforce Faulconer Core Values and project controls. You will visit job sites weekly, manage safety discussions, monitor cost-to-completes, and provide upper management updates while guiding PMs, APMs, and engineers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years as Project Manager in construction.
• Experience with PM software: Microsoft, Heavy Job, HCSS Heavy Bid, P6, Viewpoint.

Responsabilidades

• Takes a lead role in area safety management and discusses trends.
• Supports Area Manager in workforce planning and performance reviews.
• Remains a primary Project Manager on key projects.
• Gathers information to maximize equipment utilization and labor efficiency.
• Ensure Faulconer processes are followed.
• Visit jobsites weekly and participate in safety audits and progress meetings.
• Hire, promote, discipline, and evaluate office staff; support field staff by the Construction Manager.
• Provide accurate job cost tracking and cost-to-completes.
