Fay, S’B USA Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale heavy-highway and heavy-civil projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role requires extensive project management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with scheduling, data analysis, and design tools.

You will oversee budgets, risk, quality, safety, and stakeholder relations while guiding teams through planning, execution, and closeout. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior project management experience in heavy-highway/heavy-civil construction.
• Mastery in MS Office Suite, Oracle P6, Viewpoint Vista, and AutoCAD or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of large-scale construction projects.
• Utilize Oracle P6 for scheduling and resource management.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and teams at a high level.
• Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
