Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction.
• Able to coordinate with upper management, other departments, and vendors.
• Must learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with PM software: MS Project, HeavyJob, HCSS Heavy Bid, P6, Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead area safety management and discuss trends.
• Support Area Manager with workforce planning and performance.
• Remain primary PM on key projects.
• Examine equipment utilization and labor efficiency.
• Ensure Faulconer processes are followed.
• Visit jobsites weekly; attend safety audits and progress meetings.
• Hire, promote, discipline, and evaluate office staff; support field staff.
• Provide accurate job cost tracking and Cost-to-Completes.
• Update upper management on significant project issues.
• Mentor PMs, APMs, and Engineers.
• Assist in project assignments and lookahead reviews.
• Contribute to bids with past performance insights.
• Support Customer Relations Triage and Change Order negotiations.
