Job summary

Faulconer Construction seeks a Project Manager to drive assigned construction projects from kickoff through full completion. You will maintain safety, schedule, and budgets, ensuring quality and compliance with contract documents and standards.

You will coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and internal teams, lead project meetings, and deliver timely reports to keep stakeholders informed about progress and potential risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years construction experience.
• Familiarity with safety in construction.
• Familiarity with construction processes.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks quickly and accurately.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a large team setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scope reviews and handoff meetings.
• Partner with Operations and Estimating to finalize contract scope.
• Maintain understanding of contract requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate with accounting to provide Bond and COI as required by the Contract.
• Conduct project meetings (Kickoff, Pre-construction, Project Reviews, Exit/Closeout).
• Set up cost codes and prepare budget for download.
• Issue purchase orders and prepare subcontracts for execution.
• Procure and submit all project submittals and RFIs.
• Produce and maintain project schedule with regular updates for client.
• Manage payment applications and process invoices for payment.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
• Complete cost-to-complete reports and forecast remaining costs.
• Produce monthly reports and invoices to owner/GC.
• Price change orders and ensure execution before additional work.
• Participate in resource planning and align with team.
• Identify changes in condition and follow contract notification."
• Update purchase orders and issue subcontractor change orders.
• Communicate master project schedule, labor, and equipment needs.
• Maximize equipment utilization and limit rentals.
• Ensure Faulconer field processes are followed: Dig Board, Look Ahead, Daily Huddle, Safety Plan guidelines, Crisis Management.
