Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years in benefits realization, business transformation, portfolio management, value management, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing business cases, ROI, NPV, payback period, productivity, and performance measures.
• Demonstrated ability to define KPIs/OKRs, establish baselines, measure outcomes, and validate realization.
• Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, and executive storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with senior leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Establish enterprise standards, governance, and metrics for benefits realization and value management.
• Partner with stakeholders during intake and business case development to define outcomes and value targets.
• Develop measurable benefit metrics, baselines, maps, and realization plans.
• Maintain portfolio-level benefit tracking and realization reporting.
• Identify value leakage, adoption challenges, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Change Management to ensure adoption translates into measurable outcomes.
• Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and governance reporting to leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of value realization professionals.
