Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Teaching in adult education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex educational activities and services to state hospital employees as a subject matter expert on training programs.
• Develops, plans, organizes, conducts, and evaluates training across pre-service, annual refresher, and on-the-job training.
• Maintains hospital curriculum records and uses training software to track compliance and readiness.
• Ensures training rosters are accurate and staff are compliant with core and specialty competencies.
• Monitors class participation and verifies instructor-led training meets policy standards.
• Maintains required certifications and updates curriculum to align with regulatory standards.
