Responsibilities

• Facilitate interface design, training, and validation with customers.
• Interact with customer teams to gain consensus and communicate clearly.
• Provide team support with in-depth BD product information.
• Demonstrate BD product and HIS integration knowledge.
• Assist with product/version upgrade validation and documentation.
