Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years in healthcare environment with technical (systems) involvement and knowledge of HL7 and EDI standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to facilitate interface design, training and validation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of BD products and how they integrate with customer systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable BD product interfaces.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in escalation of critical issues.
