Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience.
Knowledge of HIS integration systems, BD products and hospital workflow.
Three or more years in healthcare environment with technical involvement and HL7/EDI knowledge.
Experience with integrated delivery networks / multi-facility health systems.

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings with customers to facilitate interface design, training, and validation.
Establish rapport with customers to build long-term business relationships.
Provide team support and in-depth product information on BD products as assigned by manager (team product lead).
Interact with customer teams and deliver concise and consistent communication.
Consult Senior/Principal Integration Engineers as appropriate.
