Job summary

BD is seeking a technically skilled professional to support interfacing BD products with customer systems in a healthcare setting. You will engage with customer teams, participate in design and validation activities, and help ensure product integration aligns with hospital workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a healthcare environment with technical involvement and computerized system applications.
• Knowledge of HL7 and EDI standards.
• Experience with integrated delivery networks/multi-facility health systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with customers to facilitate interface design, training, and validation.
• Establish rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
• Provide team support and product information on BD products as assigned by manager.
