Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience.
Knowledge of HIS integration systems, BD products and hospital workflow.
Three or more years in healthcare environment with technical involvement and computerized system applications with knowledge of HL7 and EDI standards.
Experience with integrated delivery networks/multi-facility health systems required.

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings with customers to facilitate interface design, training, and validation.
Establish rapport with customers to build long-term relationships.
Provide team support and in-depth product information as assigned by manager.
Interact with customer teams and deliver concise communication.
Consult Senior/Principal Integration Engineers as appropriate.
