The role involves clarifying system and process needs with operations and applying SQL/MS Access knowledge to optimize workflows.

The candidate will analyze customer workflows, assist with reengineering their department work, and support update strategies to improve performance and outcomes within healthcare provider

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in healthcare provider settings (hospitals, clinics), not insurance.
• Solid background in implementation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document business and functional requirements and assist with the technical details, utilizing Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and other tools as applicable
• Clarify system, workflow, and process needs with operations to understand the purpose and content of request.
• Intermediate knowledge with database query tools such as MS Access or SQL.
• Analyze customer workflow and/or processes flows and assist customers with reengineering their department work.
