Qualifications

• 5+ years Systems Analysis in healthcare or payer environments.
• Experience documenting complex tech design and data flows.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
• Familiarity with Epic, FHIR/HL7, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Create data mappings, system flows, and design artefacts.
• Document logic, acceptance criteria, and technical details in Jira.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Support delivery from concept to launch across cross-functional teams.
