Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in care management operations and regulations affecting clinical processes.
• Licensed RN preferred with related clinical experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to analyze financial data to coordinate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and IS staff to clarify needs, prioritize requests, and improve workflows.
• Evaluate and document clinical processes and workflows to enhance the model of care.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Intake, UM, CM, DM, Reporting, or Appeals.
• Assist in documenting requirements and workflow processes and analysis.
• Identify and implement software based on best practices and regulatory requirements.
