Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an Analyst to document business and functional requirements and to support the technical details using Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and related tools. The role involves clarifying system and process needs with operations and applying SQL/MS Access knowledge to optimize workflows.

The candidate will analyze customer workflows, assist with reengineering their department work, and support update strategies to improve performance and outcomes within healthcare provider

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in healthcare provider settings (hospitals, clinics), not insurance.
• Solid background in implementation and strong communication skills.
