Joveo Inc. is seeking an Application System Analyst Senior to act as a liaison between end-users, leaders, support resources, and vendors. Responsible for analyzing requirements, documenting solutions, and implementing mid-to-high complexity applications in a healthcare setting.

You will work with the Service Desk, contribute to testing, and manage medium to large projects, with potential travel and extended hours during critical problems.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Ability to present complex data in meaningful method, i.e., charts, graphs
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships that foster optimal quality teamwork and education
• Multitasking skills

Responsabilités

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
• Independently provides guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives.
• Demonstrates an advanced level of application understanding and applies expertise to meet customer goals and outcomes.
• Applies advanced level understanding of assigned clinical/business operations, processes, and workflows.
• Leads and evaluates process and requirements analysis, including process mapping through current flow charts, documents, future needs/plans, requirement elicitation, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering on complex projects/requests.
• Assists in preparation and conducting continuing formal or informal training sessions for users and co-workers.
• Collaborates with Operational Leaders to focus on standardized best practice workflow processes and content.
• May be required to travel to perform duties.
• Is exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities and proactively plans projects and tasks within application.
