Joveo Inc. seeks a Senior Application System Analyst to bridge end users, operations leaders and vendors to design, implement and optimize clinical applications. You will analyze requirements, support services, and lead testing and documentation for medium to high complexity projects.

You will collaborate with customers to gather needs, ensure alignment with operational goals, and guide teams through change control while maintaining strong communication and health-system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
• Lead quality assurance and testing initiatives; manage testing projects as necessary.
• Demonstrates advanced application understanding and applies expertise to meet customer goals and outcomes; tackle problems with creative solutions.
• Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control; coordinate with vendors on changes.
• Collaborate with end user communities and business partners to align workflows and processes across ministries.
