Job summary

Joveo Inc in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Application System Analyst Senior to bridge users, operations, and vendors, and to design, build, and optimize critical applications in a healthcare context. You will analyze business requirements, collaborate with service desk, and contribute to mid-to-high complexity project implementations with minimal guidance.

You will lead testing, document processes, mentor teammates, manage change control, and develop strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Ability to present complex data in meaningful method, e.g., charts, graphs.
• Problem solving, multitasking, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications and processes.
• Lead testing initiatives and guide teams through complex integrated testing projects.
• Apply advanced understanding of operations to design technical solutions meeting customer goals.
• Maintain change control and ensure clear status reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with end users, operations, IT, and vendors on deployments and improvements.
