Job summary

Joveo Inc. is seeking a Senior Application System Analyst to bridge end users, operations, and vendors for design, implementation, and optimization of healthcare applications.

You will analyze requirements, lead testing, and coordinate with vendors to deliver complex solutions with strong collaboration across teams. You will leverage healthcare knowledge to tackle issues, mentor peers, and ensure changes are properly approved and documented.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Ability to adjust to and implement change.
• Problem solving skills and multitasking ability.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Experience managing projects and leading teams in a healthcare IT context.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications and processes.
• Lead quality assurance and testing initiatives and manage testing projects as needed.
• Demonstrate advanced application understanding to meet customer goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and prepare status communications.
• Manage medium to large projects, coordinate vendor changes, and ensure change control compliance.
• Provide training and mentoring to users and co-workers and support incident resolution.
