Job summary

Talkdesk seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer for Healthcare & Life Sciences (Central & East). You will apply healthcare domain expertise to shape value for prospects and customers across the lifecycle, from pre-sales to solution architecture and post-sale expansion.

The role requires deep healthcare workflow and regulatory knowledge (HIPAA/HITECH), strong presentation skills, and ability to drive pilots, RFP responses, and stakeholder alignment. Willingness to travel 20–50%.

Qualifications

• Deep healthcare industry knowledge including clinical workflows and regulatory considerations.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering and solution architecture for healthcare customers.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and discovery to understand customer environments and objectives.
• Specify Talkdesk solutions aligned to customer needs and drive pilots/POCs.
• Prepare and present compelling demonstrations and value-focused material.
