Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Atlanta seeks a Senior Healthcare Solutions Consultant to lead the design and architecture of integrated building systems for healthcare facilities. You will translate patient and staff needs into scalable architectures and guide pre-sales engagements with credible, business-focused storytelling.

Responsibilities include defining reference architectures, validating specifications, and driving customer discovery sessions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Healthcare application engineering, solution proposal or solution consulting.
• 7+ years in Healthcare Facility Management Leadership AND 3+ years designing building systems in healthcare environments
• Strong expertise in Healthcare building systems, controls, and integration technologies
• Proven ability to translate patient and staff experience needs into technical solutions
• Business acumen to connect technical solutions with measurable outcomes
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for customer engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of reference architectures for integrated building systems in healthcare facilities, including Building Management Systems (BMS), energy management and control platforms, security and surveillance, fire and life safety, clinical systems integration and other low-voltage technologies.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, clearly documented solution designs with defined integration paths.
• Recommend optimal system architectures aligned with patient comfort, operational efficiency, energy optimization and occupancy-based control.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and integration requirements for major healthcare projects.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, goals, and environments.
• Engage with owners, operators, consultants, and partners to understand workflows and regional requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building credibility and strong relationships throughout the customer journey.
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership in pre-sales engagements; design customized solutions and deliver demonstrations highlighting ROI.
• Lead architecture discussions, validate feasibility, and address objections.
• Translate technical features into business benefits through compelling storytelling.
• Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare facility types, building system integrations, and global standards.
• Analyze customer specifications and single-line diagrams to deliver optimized, cost-effective solutions.
• Support product lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present technical value in customer presentations and design reviews.
