- 10+ years in product management & strategy in Healthcare
- Experience with building automation in healthcare
- 3+ years in business development, stakeholder mgmt, sales
- Proven revenue growth, market expansion, partnerships
- Experience influencing NPD/NPI and portfolio strategy
- Strong financial acumen including business cases and pricing
Responsibilities
- Define Healthcare BA portfolio strategy aligned to market demand and regulatory needs
- Drive discovery and market insights to inform investment priorities
- Guide NPD/NPI and lifecycle management with cross-functional teams
- Own ROI models and business cases for portfolio investments
- Ensure rapid commercialization, launch readiness, and global market adoption
- Develop deal-strategies including pricing and partnership models
