You will collaborate with the simulation team and leadership to deliver immersive learning experiences and advance safety-focused training.

The role emphasizes developing scenarios, coordinating training plans, and sustaining interdisciplinary education aligned with institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree of Science.
• 3 years health care simulation experience, or 5 years experience in healthcare.
• BLS certification current (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of mutual respect and professionalism to ensure psychological safety for learners.
• Interacts with multiple disciplines to build trusting relationships across the organization.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external audiences, including leadership groups and committees.
• Leads simulation-based learning activities and selects scenarios to meet learning objectives.
• Develops educational materials and assesses the effectiveness of the simulation program.
