Ideal candidates have 3 years of healthcare simulation experience or 5 years in healthcare, with a current BLS and a track record in education for adult learners.

Qualifications

• 3 years healthcare simulation experience or 5 years experience in healthcare.
• Current BLS certification with American Heart Association.
• Experience in education working with adult learners (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of the simulation program in collaboration with the team.
• Lead and coordinate simulation activities to meet learning objectives.
• Develop scenarios and debriefing processes to support patient safety and teamwork.
