UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Director of Simulation Center Operations to lead finance, operations, and strategy for the state-of-the-art Simulation Center. You will partner with academic leadership and health system leaders to deploy advanced simulation experiences.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: MBA or PhD in a clinical/educational or scientific field.
• 7+ years of administration in an academic or government setting.
• Experience with a medical school or academic health system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Simulation Center's local and national reputation.
• Develop partnerships and design innovative simulation programs with academic departments and leadership.
• Oversee integration of Center data with learner/faculty reporting for portfolios and outcomes.
• Manage all operational, financial, and administrative responsibilities including budget approval and invoicing.
• Provide status reports to senior leadership and coordinate with governance and curriculum committees.
• Ensure accreditation standards are met and improve operational performance.
