UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Director of Simulation Center Operations to lead finance, operations, and strategy for the state-of-the-art Simulation Center. You will partner with academic leadership and health system leaders to deploy advanced simulation experiences.

Qualifications

Education requirements: MBA or PhD in a clinical/educational or scientific field.
7+ years of administration in an academic or government setting.
Experience with a medical school or academic health system preferred.

Responsibilities

Uphold the Simulation Center's local and national reputation.
Develop partnerships and design innovative simulation programs with academic departments and leadership.
Oversee integration of Center data with learner/faculty reporting for portfolios and outcomes.
Manage all operational, financial, and administrative responsibilities including budget approval and invoicing.
Provide status reports to senior leadership and coordinate with governance and curriculum committees.
Ensure accreditation standards are met and improve operational performance.
