Steer Health is seeking a Senior Healthcare SaaS Trainer in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will build Steer’s training function from the ground up, own onboarding and enablement, and serve as a trusted product voice with clients and prospects.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and People Operations. You will design persona-based training for administrators, front-d desk staff, clinicians, executives, and technical teams, and create

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years training users on healthcare SaaS or health IT platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with EHR/EMR environments and hospital workflows.
• Proven experience teaching complex SaaS applications to varied audiences.
• Experience building persona-based and role-based training programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system-to-system connectivity.

Aufgaben

• Build the training program from the ground up, creating materials and learning paths.
• Own onboarding and enablement for Steer platforms and clients.
• Lead administrator, end-user, and role-based training during implementations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and pre-sales enablement for sales teams.
• Explain Steer architecture and integrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
