Job summary

Relias is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to manage end-to-end onboarding for multiple products, from post-sale through to launch, for mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers in the Morrisville, NC area.

You will coordinate technical, clinical, change management, and account teams, develop detailed project plans, and drive on-time delivery within scope and budget while building strong customer relationships and providing ongoing technical support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years managing customer-facing projects.
• 3+ years implementing SaaS products and solutions.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships for mutual success.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive progress independently.
• Experience integrating AI technologies into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources across technical, clinical, change management, and account teams.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and contingencies.
• Identify risks and issues; work with teams to mitigate them.
• Lead project reviews, provide status updates, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Train customers on platform use and configuration; deliver sessions as needed.
• Maintain and update implementation documentation and SharePoint resources.
• Assist with sales support and RFP responses as required.
