Job summary

Relias, a mission-driven company helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes, seeks a Support Associate to be the first point of contact for clients across business and e-commerce channels. You will resolve issues within SLA, log interactions in Salesforce, and de-escalate conflicts to ensure client satisfaction.

This role supports a flexible hybrid work environment with an NC Morrisville HQ and strong onboarding, development, and inclusion programs.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management experience to achieve mutual success.
• Ability to understand client needs and challenges and build long-term relationships.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage client interactions and data.
• Knowledge of Relias platform and Relias products.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality support to clients through chat, email, phone, and social channels.
• Collaborate with the team, help answer questions, and participate in onboarding of new staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
