Job summary

Mendaera, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for technical support across customer accounts and the clinical sales team. You will own frontline intake, triage, and resolution for systems in the field, partnering with Engineering to improve serviceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Systems Engineering or related hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in technical support, field service, or service engineering with customer-facing duties.
• Mechatronic systems knowledge spanning mechanical, electrical and software elements.
• Strong ability to triage, diagnose, and resolve complex field issues.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for technical issues from customers and clinical sales teams.
• Remotely diagnose and resolve issues on robots, hardware, software, and consumables.
• Log interactions with accurate symptoms, root cause, and resolution details.
• Collaborate with Engineering to drive serviceability improvements and ECOs.
• Perform on-site service visits and support product demos, evaluations, and installations.
