You’ll work hands-on on the manufacturing floor, ensuring quality, proper documentation, and alignment with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Quality. You will lead through practical problem solving, improve assembly processes, and help scale production to meet customer needs while maintaining strict

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing of complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience with FDA-regulated medical devices is preferred.
• Experience in ESD environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Assemble, configure, calibrate, test, inspect, and package complex devices.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and system assembly operations.
• Install software, provision systems, calibrate, test, and acceptance activities.
• Complete device history records and controlled documentation.
• Maintain compliance with procedures, quality systems, ESD controls, and safety practices.
• Escalate issues and partner with Engineering and Quality to determine actions.
• Provide feedback on product design, assembly sequence, tooling, and risks.
• Assist with fixtures, tools, and test equipment maintenance.
