This senior on-site role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and blends clinical nursing expertise with hands-on risk management to foster a culture of safety and accountability.

The role partners with nursing and administrative leadership to identify risks, implement mitigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive organizational safety

Qualificações

• RN license in NM or compact license.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with 3+ years in a director/manager role.
• Experience in healthcare risk management and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of risk management strategies across the organization.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting patient safety and liability.
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative leadership to address risk concerns.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and internal risk policies.
• Provide guidance to staff on risk prevention and incident response.
• Track and report risk outcomes to leadership.
