Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN license (or multistate) required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a Director/Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of risk management strategies across the organization.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting patient safety and organizational liability.
• Partner with nursing, clinical, and administrative leadership to address risk-related concerns.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to risk management.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on risk prevention and incident response.
• Track and report on risk management outcomes and initiatives to organizational leadership.
