Qualified candidates hold an RN license with a Bachelor’s in Nursing, plus 5+ years of nursing experience and 3+ years in a Director/Manager role.

Qualifications

• RN license in current state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee risk management programs across the hospital and affiliated clinics.
• Lead training for leaders, providers and staff on risk management, disclosure, and incident reporting.
• Manage investigations, legal holds, depositions, and coordination with legal counsel.
