Job summary

GQR is growing our high-performance contract recruitment team in our Omaha office. This is a 180 recruiting role with total candidate ownership.

Account Managers drive client relationships and job flow, so Recruiters can focus on what you do best: finding, closing, and redeploying top clinical talent. The Opportunity includes hunting, sourcing, and engaging acute care clinicians for short-term contracts, building pipelines of RNs and Allied professionals, and closing candidates on hospital roles

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or agency recruiting experience, healthcare preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence; create urgency and secure commitments.
• Proven success meeting and exceeding KPIs in a production-driven recruiting environment.
• Competitive, accountable, coachable, and confident in a high-performance setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfort with a fast-moving desk, changing priorities, and staffing highs and lows.

Responsibilities
