GQR Healthcare is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the Locum Tenens desk, with remote US work or in-office in Omaha, Austin, or NYC. This individual contributor role suits someone already performing at a high level in locum recruiting and eager to move fast, build a desk, and set the pace through production.

You will source, recruit, close, and redeploy locum tenens providers across multiple specialties, with a focus on Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Primary Care, Hospital Medicine, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of locum tenens recruiting experience in healthcare staffing.
• Proven success recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers in a full-desk or locums environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple specialties.
• Familiarity with Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Primary Care, Hospital Medicine and related service lines.
• Strong sourcing, screening, closing, and provider relationship management.
• Understanding of credentialing timelines, provider logistics, and assignment management.
• Ability to build a desk and create momentum quickly.
• Consistent track record of hitting KPIs and driving results.

• Source, engage, and close locum providers across multiple specialties.
• Partner closely with the Client Development team to align provider pipelines with active client needs.
• Manage the full provider lifecycle from first outreach through assignment completion and redeployment.
• Build long-term provider relationships that lead to repeat business and redeployment.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and provider records in internal systems.
• Meet or exceed KPI and production expectations in a high-performance environment.

Remote in United States, or in-office in Omaha, Austin, or NYC

We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Locum Tenens team within GQR Healthcare.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who is already performing at a high level in locums recruiting and wants a strong platform to build on. We are looking for someone who can come in, build a desk, move with urgency, and set the pace through production.

The right person knows how to source, recruit, close, and redeploy locum tenens providers across multiple specialties. Experience across several specialties is important, and familiarity within Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Primary Care, Hospitalist, and other specialties is strongly preferred.

• Experience recruiting across multiple specialties
• Familiarity with specialties such as Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Primary Care, Hospital Medicine, and related service lines
• Strong sourcing, screening, closing, and provider relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of locums recruiting workflows, including credentialing timelines, provider logistics, and assignment management
• Ability to build a desk and create momentum quickly
• Consistent track record of hitting KPIs and driving results
