Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Quality Performance Analyst in a remote role. You will drive clinical quality performance through advanced analytics, payer incentives, and strategic monitoring, interfacing with clinical and operational teams to close gaps.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with EMR/claims data. Travel to clinics may be required, with a base salary range disclosed below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare, public health, health administration, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, quality performance, population health, or value-based care.
• Advanced analytical training and value-based care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, operational, and payer data to identify quality gaps and opportunities.
• Interpret payer contracts and quality incentive methodologies to design improvement plans.
• Develop and validate quality dashboards and executive reports.
• Audit validation and resolve discrepancies between EMR, claims, and payer data.
• Present provider-level performance scorecards and drive accountability.
• Educate providers on quality measure definitions and optimization strategies.
• Travel to clinic locations as required and manage multiple initiatives.
