Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Quality Performance Analyst in Quincy, IL to drive improvement across value-based care programs. You will analyze clinical and payer data, interpret quality measures, and translate findings into targeted actions with care teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a health-related field, 3+ years in healthcare analytics, and advanced Excel skills. Remote-friendly with travel to QMG sites as needed; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, health administration, data analytics, or related field.
Three or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, quality performance, population health, value-based care, or related area.
Experience with HEDIS, MIPS, Stars, or other payer quality programs.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze clinical, operational, claims, and payer data to identify quality gaps and improvement opportunities.
Interpret quality measures, payer programs, and incentive methodologies to inform strategies.
Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance tracking tools.
Monitor HEDIS, MIPS, Stars, and other measures and propose actions to improve performance.
Collaborate with providers and leaders to translate results into actionable next steps and education.
