Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct client management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with risk assessment and resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded clients.
• Lead planning and execution of project plans with stakeholders and deadlines.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management practices.
• Develop change management plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements, risks and mitigations.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training
