Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA, NFPA 2012 Healthcare, FGI 2018 Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural documents with other consultants and interface with clients.
• Review and markup architectural drawings; respond to RFIs during GC bidding and construction.
• Attend construction administration meetings and prepare field reports.
