The role requires 10+ years of experience on inpatient and ambulatory care projects, with strong CAD/BIM proficiency and client coordination. Responsibilities include leading drawings production from schematic design to construction documents, coordinating with consultants, reviewing RFIs, and preparing field reports during construction administration.

Formación

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam.
• 10+ years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects.
• Strong knowledge of NYC and NYS Building Codes and healthcare guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production of architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
• Interface with clients and consultants to coordinate documents.
• Assist in DOB and DOH code review and building analysis.
• Coordinate architectural documents with other consultants and review RFIs.
• Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports.
