Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Job Captain Architect for its Healthcare Division in the New York area (New York, NY or Melville, NY). The role requires 10+ years of experience on inpatient and ambulatory care projects, and entails leading the production of drawings from schematic design through construction documents.

You will review codes, coordinate with consultants, interface with clients, respond to RFIs, and participate in construction administration meetings and field reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural documents with other consultants.
• Review and markup architectural documents
• Respond to RFI’s during the GC Bidding phase
• Review and process of shop drawings and submittals during construction administration
• Respond to RFI’s during construction
• Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports
