Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding and experience with NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA 2012 for Healthcare, FGI 2018 Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordination of architectural documents with other consultants.
• Review and markup architectural documents; respond to RFIs during GC bidding and construction administration; document field reports.
