Architecture Firm Client in New York is seeking a Senior Job Captain with 10+ years of experience in inpatient and ambulatory care projects. You will lead the production of drawings, coordinate with consultants, and manage field reports during construction.

The role requires strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam) and deep knowledge of NYC/NY State Building Codes, ADA compliance, and healthcare guidelines. Excellent communication and client interface are essential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects.
• Proficient in CAD software: AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of NYC/NY State Building Codes, ADA, NFPA 2012 Healthcare, FGI 2018.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the production of architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural documents with other consultants and interface with clients.
• Review and markup architectural documents and respond to RFIs during GC bidding and construction.
• Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports.
