The role involves leading drawing production from schematic design through construction documents, interfacing with clients and consultants, and managing RFI responses during construction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA 2012 for Healthcare, FGI 2018 Guidelines, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in DOB and DOH code review, and building analysis.
• Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural documents with other consultants and respond to RFIs during GC bidding and construction phases.
• Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports.
